Honey Dijon Glazed Salmon

Honey Dijon Glazed Salmon

I N G R E D I E N T S

2 lb salmon, cut into equal portions
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Dijon whole grain mustard
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/4 cup honey
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp liquid aminos or soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 lemon, cut into 4 wedges

D I R E C T I O N S

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Pat fresh or fully defrosted salmon thoroughly dry with a paper towel. Rub salmon with olive oil and lay each portion of fish skin side down on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

  3. Whisk the mustard, vinegar, honey, garlic, liquid aminos or soy sauce, and black pepper together in a small bowl.

  4. Spoon the mixture generously over the salmon. Make sure the salmon is fully covered with sauce. Fold the aluminum foil around the fish so it’s fully enclosed.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Salmon should be cooked through but still tender. Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over the top.
