Basic Pico de Gallo
I N G R E D I E N T S
4 medium (or 2-3 large) tomatoes, diced
1/2 large (or 1 small) red onion, diced
1 clove (or 1 tsp) minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves
1/4 cup lime juice
3/4 tsp salt
Optional: minced seeded jalapeño
D I R E C T I O N S
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Serve with Pollo de Milanesa (or just about any entree that could use a fresh Pico de Gallo to vary the flavor).
