Balsamic Broccoli

Balsamic Broccoli

I N G R E D I E N T S

4 cups broccoli florets
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Optional: Sliced almonds

D I R E C T I O N S

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F, then turn on the broiler (high).

  2. Whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss with the broccoli and place everything on a baking sheet or dish lined with aluminum foil.

  3. Place on a middle rack under the broiler for 3-4 minutes, until there’s a light char on the broccoli. Turn off the broiler and bake in the 425 degree oven for 10-20 more minutes, until it reaches desired tenderness.

  4. Serve with sliced almonds.
