Chai Spiced Oats with Bananas
I N G R E D I E N T S
2 cups old fashioned oats
2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cloves
2 bananas, sliced
Optional: seeds, nuts, more cinnamon
D I R E C T I O N S
Combine all ingredients except bananas and optional toppings in a jar or Tupperware container that can be sealed.
Shake or stir the ingredients together and place in fridge overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
Remove from fridge and pour desired amount in a bowl. I prefer mine hot, so I microwave for 30-60 seconds.
Add sliced banana and optional toppings to serve.
