Bruschetta with Fresh Basil
I N G R E D I E N T S
2 cups fresh diced tomatoes
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
D I R E C T I O N S
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss until mixed thoroughly. Serve with your favorite bread or crackers, or with greens for a fresh Italian salad.
